چکیده

Multilevel inverters with a common-ground structure and voltage step-up feature are beneficial for transformerless grid-connected photovoltaic applications. In this article, novel topology of such converters five-level output generation is presented. The proposed comprises an integrated switched-boost (SB) module dual T-type (D2T) cell constructed 10 power switches (six unidirectional two bidirectional). An inductor in the SB used to boost across involved capacitors D2T cell. Therefore, desirable ac magnitude application can be achieved over wide range input changes. Current stress also kept within permissible current by soft-charging operation through inductor. A corresponding dead-beat continuous-current-control-set controller sinusoidal PWM modulator implemented controlling real reactive powers. has added benefit achieving constant switching frequency switches. Circuit description, theoretical analyses, comparative study discussed. Simulation experimental results presented confirm feasibility correctness topology.

A Novel Fault-Analysis Method for the Power Grid with Inverter-Interfaced Distribution Generators

Because of the special fault-current characteristics of the inverter-interfaced distribution generator (IIDG) , the conventional fault-analysis method based on the synchronous generator cannot be used for the power grid with IIDGs. The paper points out the problems of using the conventional fault-analysis method for the power grid with IIDGs and proposes a novel fault-analysis method for the po...
